This Weeks Frugal Meal Plan 5/9/11

by cindy on May 9, 2011

Here is this weeks meal plan. It is based on this weeks sales and things you may have on hand from previous deals.

A Few Frugal tips:

  • Sometimes I use a little less meat than the recipe calls for.
  • Left overs make a great lunch.
  • Meal Size Portions. The more I make the more I eat.
  • Use recipes with like ingredients but taste different from each other.
  • Edit recipes based on the size of your family.
  • Use store sales to pick your side items.

I recognize the Korean steak recipe it is called pulgogi. It’s very good. You can substitute too instead of the Worcestershire sauce, use rice cooking wine. It’s delicious.
