Congratulations Cindy, nice article.
I have to confess I still don’t know how you do it on $40. Emily is my friend and I don’t know how she does it either. I think she spends $50. I am so thankful to God for coupons, I have saved a lot of money and they have allowed us to eat well on a low budget. But I don’t think I’ll ever get to you and Emily’s caliber. Yesterday I went in to Meijer got 3 bottles of HVR, 3 boxes of bacon, some reduced produce, 2 papers, 3 jars of Dole fruit, and 2 pork loins, that was $42. It’s trips like that that make me feel more amazed at you and Emily. I’ll just be glad for the money savings I get and thank you and she so much for all of the tips that help. Sincerely I wouldn’t want to do it without you two, I know I’d never get anywhere near the deals : )

Cindy,

I wanted to say “THANKS!” for all your faithful hard work to outline the deals for us each week. I used to try to do this on my own and didn’t get anywhere near the deals. You are awesome and have inspired me. My friend invited me to attend a class that you taught back in April and I have followed you ever since! I have a family of 7 and am so thankful for the money I have been able to save. I’ve been telling anyone who will listen…we should all be looking for ways to stretch our dollars! :) Keep up the awesome work!

Thanks, Not everyone is going to get to $40 a week. Most people I teach drop their bill in half. It really depends on the size of your family and needs. I helped someone who was spending $800 to $1000 a month on grocery’s. She now spends $500. To me that is a lot but for her she shaved $6000 a year off her spending. To me that is success. :)

Thanks for coming to Muncie last week. I learned a lot from the class. My family and I are slowly entering into the wonderful world of couponing, and I was excited to save $60 this week on my grocery shopping. Small steps are making an impact!!!! Thanks again.
