Yoplus Light contacted me and asked if I would to like try Yoplus light and give one of my readers the same opportunity.

I’d love to win! I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating whole grains, no hydrogenated oil or high fructose corn syrup, drinking lots of water, and eating lots of fruits and veggies.

Yay, fun! I maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating organically and whole wheat foods whenever possible, and I home make all my baby food from organic foods. Since I have been pregnant, I have a hard time with the food thing, but a major weight loss is in the works after this baby comes lol. I also have a Wii Fit, which is tons of fun, I don’t even feel like I’m working out until I start to get tired.

Great idea! I maintain a healthy lifestyle by working out at lunch 3-4 days a week – a combination of cardio and weight training. I also each whole grains, lots of lean protein and veges. I’m also seeking out new healthy (but yummy!) recipes to fix for my family.

We maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating foods with no hydrogenated oils. We also cut out all red meats. And I stay in shape by chasing the kids :)

I’m not sure I always maintain a healthy lifestyle, but I do try to sneak extra veggies into our meal time favorites–green peppers, carrots, I even tried squash in our mashed potatoes once–that didn’t go over well!

I am trying to loss the last of my pre-pregnancy weight by eating well and exercises. I love yogurt and eat it at least once a day. So, this would help keep me motivated. I eat whole grain, lots with not tons of fruits & vegetables. I would just love trying it!

I would also love to win. I try to stay healthy by starting the day with a sensible breakfast of whole grain toast and a Yoplus light yogurt, along with my coffee and I brown bag my lunch so I can control what I eat during the day. I try to find time for some exercise and also try to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.

I try to eat very little or no wheat products (anything containing flour) and no corn syrup, high fructose or not. Also I make sure to include a protein, a complex carb and good fat for each meal. This way I stay full longer and eat less.

Mmmm…Yo-plus pomegranate yogurt is my favorite!! I have it almost everyday for lunch with an apple. I am trying to be more healthy by exercising and watching what I eat. It is always a work in progress though!!!

I would love to win. I main a healthy style by eating food with high fiber, less fat, less sodium, healthy fat and higher protein. I eat lots of fresh vegetables. Yo-plus is one of my healthy staples. It not only tastes good, has fiber and calcium, and helps my digestion.

Thanks for the oppurtunity! I try to eat very little fast food and cook more at home. I am trying to become a more active parent. Instead of watching I join in. I eat tons of vegetables, and love yogurt!

I would so like to win and try the new Yoplus Light especially the Honey Vanilla flavor. I maintain a healthy lifestyle by using my church’s workout facility 5 days a week. Walking, Lifting Weights, Bicycling, etc has done wonders for me and my health and it really saves me from joining a gym.

I’d love to win a chance to try this for free! I am honestly not great on exercise, but keep my weight in a healthy range, keep up on vitamins, and include my veggies/fruit/whole grains into my diet each week. Everything in moderation is my motto for eating the right-sized portions and for my sweet tooth!
