I have been asked by several people to share how much I spend on stockpiling each week and what I usually buy. So, I thought I would share what I am planning on stockpiling and a few tips. I try to use only $10 of my $40 dollar a week budget for just this purpose.

Here are a few of my stockpiling tips:

  1. Look at the ads to see what the best deals of the week are.
  2. Take an inventory of what is on your shelves.
  3. Decide what  items you could use for your stockpile.
  4. Shop the best deals, stocking up on items that you need that are Super Cheap.

My plan this week.

What good ideas!

I also wanted you to know that Dole Foods created an online instant win game. Everyone who plays receives a printable coupon for Dole products.
There are also a bunch of other prizes you can win playing the game like a $10 grocery Visa card or a chance to win a trip for two to California and a 2-night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village along with a spa visit and wellness consultation.
If you don’t win at least it’s a fun way to grab a coupon!
You can check out the game (and receive your coupons) here: http://bit.ly/43JwLW

Is the grinder coupon the one that says $1 off any spice or extract?
Thanks..I like your $10 stockpile feature, I hope u do this weekly. If I am super busy it defines my must haves.

Holli, Yes that is the one. I used it tonight when I did my deals for the week.

Would it be a help if I highlighted the best deals each week? I have thought about doing it.

Yes, because then on busy weeks, you can concentrate on the best of the best.
